GA-RTAC was founded by the Chamber to provide an informal forum for public service groups to share information and foster better communication, while addressing the issues and concerns of the business community. Representatives from the Chamber, Southwest Gas, Bear Valley Electric, Municipal Water District, Big Bear Area Regional Wastewater Agency, Big Bear Mountain Resort, Mountain Transit, San Bernardino County Big Bear Office Sheriff, CalTrans, California Highway Patrol, Big Bear Fire Department, Big Bear Airport, Community Advocates of Big Bear, South Coast Air Quality Management District, the City of Big Bear Lake, Community Services District, U.S. Forestry Service, and field representatives for County Supervisor Dawn Rowe, Congressman Jay Obernolte, CA State Assemblyman Tom Lackey, U.S. Senator Paul Cook and State Senator Mike Morrell.
