The Board of Public Utilities Commissioners is a five-member board charged with the control and management of the Department of Public Works per City Charter. The Board meets every first and third Thursday at 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber located at the Tulare Public Library. The public is encouraged to attend and participate in public meetings. You can attend meetings in person or access the meetings via YouTube.
