The City of Rialto Public Works Waste Management Division partners with local business to provide a Bi-Annual Oil Filter Exchange where you can exchange up to (2) two used filters ($15 max) for new ones. This event is for Rialto residents only and proof of residency will be required (ID or Utility Bill). Business waste will not be accepted. This particular event will take place from 9:00am to 02:00pm and will be occurring at
