This does not disqualify the Planning Commission Member from participating and voting on the matter but gives the public and applicant an opportunity to comment on the ex parte communication. 1. 31 Bigelow Avenue – Design Review and Variance – PL25-0093 (Allen) Design Review and Variance application to demolish an existing 1,797-square foot single-family home and 240-square foot garage and construct a new 1,944 adjusted square foot, one-story single-family residence and associated landscaping and site work on a 6,217 square foot lot in the RS-6 zoning district. A variance is requested to provide one on-site parking space instead of the required minimum two spaces. The proposed project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15303 (Class 3, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
