SJVC Advisory Council Annual Meeting

These annual meetings are to gather information on what Electric and HVAC companies experience in the field so we can continue to ensure our classes reflect what is needed to succeed. Community Partners will meet with faculty, former and current students in this discussion. We will display the logos/names of our community partners at our campus for exposure and as a thank you for assisting our past, current, and future students in their success in the community. This magical night of culinary artistry and world-class jazz featuring the L.A. Jazz All Stars Band, and set against the twinkling night sky, will surely create a memorable holiday celebration. The event begins with a cocktail reception from 6 to 6:45 p.m., followed by dinner and the live show from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The event will feature a family-style feast showcasing chef-inspired seasonal dishes, paired with signature cocktails curated by Campari. With quaint table settings among a palm tree backdrop, guests can mingle comfortably, warmed by glowing heat lamps and crackling fire pits. The L.A. Jazz All Stars Band, a powerhouse ensemble whose members have performed alongside icons such as David Sanborn, Tony Bennett, George Duke, Sheila E., and Chaka Khan. The band is led by Mario Rossi (piano/vocals) and features Andre Berry (bass), Walle Larsson (sax), Andy Fraga (drums), Wayne Boyer (trumpet/keys), with special guest vocalist Sara Loera (Postmodern Jukebox, David Foster). The performance is a soulful blend of holiday rhythms and smooth jazz.
