Open to both runners and walkers, participants will enjoy a well-supported race experience with a 4-hour time limit and a celebratory finish. We will cover the basics of fire ecology and fire behavior in coastal scrub ecosystems, how these are changing, and measures that communities and individuals can take to protect life, property, and the habitats along the wildland-urban interface and make our communities more resilient.
