Laguna Student Athlete Care Day

Description: The season is almost here! Whether your athlete is preparing for tryouts, practices, or opening day, now is the perfect time to make sure they're moving well, recovering properly, and ready to perform at their best. Join us at Health in Balance for our Laguna Student Athlete Care Day, a special pre-season event created for local student athletes and their families. Every student athlete will receive: Hands-on treatment, Posture & movement assessment, Consultation with one of our doctors, Personalized recommendations for the season ahead. Parents are welcome to receive care during the same visit, too! For nearly four decades, Health in Balance has helped athletes of all ages and skill levels stay healthy, recover from injuries, and perform at their best. We're proud to have worked with Olympians, professional athletes, collegiate athletes, and countless local student athletes throughout the years. Whether your goal is injury prevention, improved performance, or simply starting the season feeling your best, we'd love to help. Choose the day that works best for you: Tuesday, July 28 | 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Thursday, July 30 | 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Space is limited, so please reserve your visit in advance.
