Description: The County of Lake Public Services Department is excited to host Kids Summer Day Camp, a fun three-day outdoor camp for boys and girls ages 7–11. Campers will enjoy games, crafts, team activities, snacks, water play, guest demonstrations, and hands-on activities led by local partners. The camp is designed to give kids a safe, active, and memorable summer experience while connecting them with positive community role models. Activities include field games, mural-making, bubbles, slime, water games, a slip ’n slide, and special presentations from local public safety and community organizations. Kids Summer Day Camp will take place July 28-30 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the new Hammond Park in Nice. Registration is $30 per camper and includes a snack and lunch for each day.
