Description: New Museum Los Gatos (NUMU) asked our community to loan photos, stories, objects, or momentos from life in Los Gatos in the 1960s to be featured in an exhibition celebrating the museum’s 60th anniversary. The Los Gatos Museum Association was founded in 1965 and had its first home at the adobe firehouse on Tait Avenue. More informationWithin Range Coaching | Regenerative Leadership: Taming Your Inner Critic with Horses
Date: 2026-06-01T10:00-7:00
Description: Regenerative Leadership: Taming Your Inner Critic with Horses 3 workshops. 3 sellouts. The last one sold out in 7 days — 6 weeks before the event. This is Workshop #4. Seats are limited to 6. Here's the problem: you've read the books, done the journaling, maybe even hired a coach. And that voice in your head that says "you're not ready, you're not qualified, who do you think you are" — it's still there. That's because you can't think your way out of a pattern you can't see. You need something that bypasses the performance, the script, the mask you've gotten really good at wearing. You need a mirror that doesn't care about your title, your resume, or how well you can talk your way through a room. You need a 1,200-pound one. What actually happens on June 1st: You'll spend 3.5 hours at Ember Ridge Equestrian Center on the coast in Moss Beach working with horses. Not riding them, working WITH them. Horses read energy, not words. They don't respond to what you say. They respond to who you actually are in that moment. That makes them the most honest feedback tool you've ever encountered. You'll learn the 3 Rs Framework: Recognize, Reflect, Reframe — a simple system for working with your inner critic instead of burning energy fighting it. You'll rotate through three hands-on stations: Leading — Guide a horse through a course. Watch what happens to the horse the moment your doubt kicks in. Watch what happens when you get clear. Grooming & Connection — Slow down. Regulate your nervous system. Practice being present without an agenda. (Most people haven't done this in years.) Round Pen Work — Lead with nothing but body language and intention. No words. Just energy. This is where people have the biggest breakthroughs. No horse experience needed. Zero. The horses do the teaching. What you leave with: A framework you can use Monday morning when self-doubt shows up in a meeting, a hard conversation, or a decision you keep avoiding Real insight into how you lead — not what you think, what the horse showed you A nervous-system reset that no conference room, app, or breathing exercise can match A PDF workbook to continue the practice on your own Connection with a small group of professionals who just did something most people never will The proof: 3 workshops. 3 sellouts. Five-star Google reviews from the last event: "The exercises with the horse showed me where I'm still hesitant in my own life." — Christina H. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Many aha moments. I would 100% recommend." — Tera S. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Who this is for: Professionals stuck in a cycle of overthinking, second-guessing, or imposter syndrome Leaders who want to stop managing the room and start actually leading it Anyone who's tried the books and podcasts and is ready to do the work that actually moves the needle People who learn by doing, not by sitting in another webinar Who this is NOT for: People looking for a "fun day with horses" — this is real work Anyone not willing to be honest with themselves for 3.5 hours What's included: 3.5 hours of guided coaching and hands-on horse work with two facilitators Printed workbook Coffee, tea, and snacks All equipment provided Investment: $149 (Early bird: $129 if you register by May 18th) 6 spots. That's it. Last time they were gone in just a couple weeks. Details: Date: Monday, June 1st Time: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM Location: Ember Ridge Equestrian Center, Moss Beach, CA Wear: Closed-toe shoes required (boots or sturdy sneakers). Dress in layers — you'll be outdoors and in the barn. Your facilitators: Ranger Kielak is a leadership coach and SBDC consultant based in Half Moon Bay. In 2024, he walked 2,642 miles across America — and learned that leadership isn't about knowing more, it's about who you become when everything gets stripped away. He blends regenerative agriculture principles with practical coaching frameworks to help people stop extracting from themselves and start leading from who they actually are. Joan Brennan is an equine-partnered coach and founder of Leading with Horses at Westwind Community Barn. She's been facilitating transformational experiences with horses for years, helping people access what traditional coaching can't reach. Her approach is intuitive, grounded, and disarmingly effective. Questions? Ranger@WithinRangeCoaching.com or 650-479-4398 Refund policy: Full refund if canceled by May 25th. No refunds after May 25th.
