Through a comprehensive, hands-on curriculum, small contractors will learn more on the pre-qualification process for the Pre-Qualified Service Provider (PQSP) bench contracts for projects ranging from $25K - $5M, how to bid for work, and successfully execute BuildLACCD construction projects. Curriculum Includes: • Qualifying for Pre-Qualified Service Provider Bench • Bonding & Certification • Access to Capital • Estimating • Scheduling • Safety • Sustainability • Labor Compliance • Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Requirements • Local Worker Hire Program LACCD’s $14.9 billion building program seeks to modernize and renovate projects throughout its nine colleges.
