On the evening of August 28, beneath the glow of the full moon, Playhouse Arts invites you to step into IllumiNature, a twilight spectacle from Playhouse Arts transforming the trails of Carlson Park into a magical journey of light, art, and imagination. Join us through riverside paths led by giant puppets and glowing lanterns. Along the way, hidden artistic encounters await, from live performances and interactive installations to a grand finale featuring shadow puppetry and riverfront spectacle. This finale, immersive experience brings together art, nature, and community in a one-night-only celebration of 20 Years as Playhouse Arts. Follow the lanterns and walk the circle, where light becomes shadow, and shadow becomes light.

Description: Join us at the Humboldt Botanical Garden this Summer and enjoy local live music held every Sunday afternoon from 1:00-3:00pm in June, July and August. Pack a lawn chair or blanket, bring a picnic or enjoy some local cuisine with us out on the lawn while taking in the Summer sun and some good tunes. We are including local food trucks, serving beer and wine and inviting your whole family out to enjoy the garden for the day. HBG members enjoy the concert for just $5 each, and non-members pay the daily admissions fee at the gate. All visitors under 18 are FREE! Please leave pets at home, though service dogs are permitted. Please check our website for more details and follow us on Instagram or Facebook for daily updates. Inclement weather will reschedule concerts.
