Speak from the Center - An embodied confidence workshop
Date: 2025-12-27T18:00:00Z
Description: Speak from the Center - An embodied confidence workshop. Most women don't freeze because they're unqualified or unprepared. They freeze because their nervous system doesn't trust visibility yet. You can know your material, be brilliant at what you do, and still feel your heart race, your voice tighten, and your mind go blank the moment you hit record or step onto a stage. This workshop isn't about memorizing scripts or 'projecting confidence.' It's about learning to speak from your body's center - the place where grounded presence, safety, and authentic expression live. You'll experience: • Embodiment practices that settle the nervous system • Tools to stay rooted when your message matters most • A pathway to speak with power, not performance • The permission to let your voice arrive as it truly is - not the polished version you think you're supposed to present. Whether you're preparing for a panel, hosting a workshop, recording video content, or navigating hard conversations... this is the work that changes how you show up everywhere. Your voice doesn't need to be louder. It needs a safer place to land. Join us.
Location: Sonoma County. Address given up upon registration.
