Hosted by the experienced belly dance instructor, Mary Jo Brown, this series of classes will help build balance, strength, and flexibility while encouraging creative expression. Join us in the monca gallery space on Saturday mornings from 10-11AM on March 28th, April 4th, 11th, and 18th. Tribal belly dance is a modern Western form of belly dance that often incorporates elements of other contemporary dance styles. These classes are open to participants of all fitness levels and dance experience. Individuals under the age of 18 are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian. You do not need to have any dance experience whatsoever, the experience is open to everyone! Please dress in comfortable clothes for movement and bring a water bottle.
