You deserve to move with greater ease, sleep better, and feel at home in your body again. Join my 8-Week Gentle Yoga Therapy Program. A safe, supportive space to improve mobility, reduce pain, and calm your nervous system — no yoga experience needed. This program is especially helpful for people living with arthritis, chronic pain, or stiffness, and for anyone who wants to move with more comfort and confidence. Each class day focuses on a different watercolor technique through demonstration and practice, followed by creating a final painting for the day using the technique learned. Each class builds on techniques. Attendees also learn about materials, color theory, and light/shadow. Sign up for one or both sessions! Techniques are repeated, but projects are different, so people can continue learning and practicing with new project content. No experience necessary. Beginners are welcome!
