The Santa Maria Valley Chamber's Hispanic Business Alliance is excited to invite the community to participate in its monthly Grow Your Business event series. These events are a new opportunity for our Hispanic Business Alliance to attend, learn, meet other businesses, and network their business to others. Events will be held the first Thursday of the Month from 5:00-7:00PM. Each event will have a learning segment for business support and education. There will be a business spotlight at the event where a business will share about what they do and any information they would like to share with the group. Bring your business card for a Raffle that will be chosen. Come ready to learn, hear about other businesses, meet others and network you and your business. Location & light refreshments provided by Town Center Mall. About the SMV Chamber's Hispanic Business Alliance (HBA) The Santa Maria Valley Chamber Hispanic Business Alliance's mission is to provide the Hispanic Business community with resources and networking opportunities and assist in Hispanic Youth education. The Chamber recognizes that our community is stronger when all businesses succeed and sees the Hispanic Business Alliance as an opportunity to provide outreach, networking, and support to those Hispanic Businesses. The Hispanic Business Alliance Committee leadership is comprised of Hispanic businesses and stakeholders who assist the Chamber with directing these efforts. The proceeds generated from the raffle generously support our annual Membership Grant. A buffet-style lunch is complimentary with your registration cost. The Santa Maria Women’s Network is an organization designed to promote the professional and personal development of its members. Membership includes men and women from the business and private sectors of the community who gather to exchange information, provide mutual support and assist in the overall advancement of women. Our monthly meeting is on the 1st Wednesday of each month. Local women and men from the Santa Maria business community are invited to join us as a guest at our meeting. We do ask that you make your reservation in advance to the designated website 'pay online' link which can be found on the lower right column of this page.

This workshop will be a highly interactive Motivational Interviewing (MI) in Leadership experience. This will be facilitated live with large group discussion, small group activities and dyad exercises virtually through the use of whole group experience and smaller, focused breakout room design.
