Chamber Exclusive Lunch & Learn - Estate Planning 101 & Business Entities 101 with Patrick Elahmadie
Patrick Elahmadie is the founder of The Law Office of Patrick Elahmadie, where he focuses on estate planning and small business law. His mission is to help individuals, families and business owners plan for the future with clarity, purpose and peace of mind. Patrick works with young families who are creating their first estate plans - including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and other planning tools tailored to protect what matters most - as well as with more established families who need to review and update existing estate plans to ensure they still reflect their needs, values, and recent changes in the law. He also counsels small business owners at all stages of growth—offering guidance on business formation, operations, deals and long-term succession planning. Estate planning is not just a service Patrick provides—it’s the heart of his practice. He is committed to serving this community for the next 30 years and beyond, building lifelong relationships with clients and helping them preserve what they’ve worked so hard to build. Patrick began his legal career in the Corporate practice at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC, where he advised clients through the full business lifecycle—from startups to public companies. He later served as General Counsel to a large automotive group with over 500 employees and more than $1 billion in annual revenue, overseeing complex business transactions and high-value real estate acquisitions. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he also received a certificate in Business Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
