Becoming a manager presents unique opportunities and challenges. This three-day interactive workshop will help participants understand what it takes to be an effective manager and leader while gaining practical skills that can be applied immediately, including: Tactical skills needed for performance management and supporting positive team dynamics. Know-how to create a trusting, effective, and inclusive environment. Steps for maintaining personal well-being as a manager. A personal management and leadership framework, including philosophy and tools.
