Track drills will include skipping, bounding, leaping, shuffling, and varying degrees of plyometrics depending on fitness level. Now, it's up to each of us to stay active! Jen Allan brings over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
